| 1. | Will Facade work with my agenda information synchronized from Outlook?
Yes. Facade is structured on top of the default Windows Mobile Personal Information Manager (PIM) databases. This means that any item (appointment, task etc.) synchronized to your device from your PC side will also show within Facade.

| 2. | Is Facade compatible for use with SBSH Calendar?
Yes. Facade includes special integration with SBSH Calendar.
When running both Facade and SBSH Calendar on the same device Facade menus will include special options to view items using SBSH Calendar along with additional options to directly access any of SBSH Calendar views faster, and directly from your Home screen display.
Furthermore, when used together, Facade will automatically adopt your category colors and icons as defined in SBSH Calendar and use those as part of your schedule and tasks display within Facade on your Home screen!

| 3. | Is Facade compatible for use with additional personal information managers, apart from SBSH Calendar?
Apart from SBSH Calendar, Facade also includes integration with additional major personal information managers (PIMs). Special integration is included for Pocket Outlook (your built-in calendar and tasks applications), Pocket Informant, AgendaOne and Agendus.
When using Facade on the same device with one of the above PIMs, Facade will automatically detect the installed PIM and you will be able to access the selected PIM directly from Home screen from within Facade context menus.
However, Facade will only adopt your category colors and icons automatically when used with SBSH Calendar and not with any of the other supported PIMs. Therefore you will enjoy the best integration level between Facade and SBSH Calendar.

| 4. | Why is the analog clock on the home tab wrong (always 4:00)?
The clock is actually just a graphical image so it isn’t an actual clock. It’s just representing the date/time section. Also, if PocketWeather is installed, the weather information is showed there instead. We’ve had requests to make that a functional analog clock and will probably add that feature in the future. For now the clock is only right twice a day. :)

| 5. | How can I download and install new skins?
Skins are now packaged in an easy-to-create format called a .fsk file. You can either download fsk files directly to your phone or download to a PC and then transfer to the phone using ActiveSync. Once the files are on the phone there are three ways to install:
1) If the file is downloaded directly from the phone using Pocket IE, the skin should install automatically.
2) Clicking on a .fsk file using File Manager on the phone should automatically install the skin.
3) In the "Home Screen" page of Facade Settings, there is a menu option under Menu/Action called "Install skin packages" which will search the phone for any .fsk files and prompt to install each one.

| 6. | What can I do if Facade fails to install or uninstall?
This is a fairly common problem with the application upgrade process on Smartphones (usually with Windows Mobile 5, newer Windows Mobile versions resolved this problem), for other applications as well as Facade. For best results, try rebooting the phone prior to any install or uninstall operations. Try installing and/or uninstalling more than once (it sounds odd but it generally works).
Another common Smartphone problem is that if you perform an install without an ActiveSync connection, ActiveSync will tell you that the install will be performed on the next connection. Then when you establish an ActiveSync connection, it attempts to perform the install but actually does nothing. To resolve this, make sure the ActiveSync connection is established prior to running the installer on the PC.

| 7. | Can I install Facade to a storage card?
In theory Facade can run from a storage card, and some users have reported success. However, this does not always work so it is not recommended. The problem is that on some phones the storage card is not quite "on line" yet at the point when the home screen is being initialized, so the Facade portions of the screen will fail to load in such cases.

| 8. | How do I scroll through the tasks and appointments?
Use the up/down buttons to move the the view, and then the left/right buttons to scroll (the Smartphone home screen standards use the up/down arrows to move from plugin to plugin so they are not available for other uses)

| 9. | How can I determine the exact Facade version I'm running?
Enter Facade Settings, press the right Menu soft key and choose the About menu option. Within the Facade About dialog you will find the complete version and build details in use.

| 10. | I just purchased a license of Facade and received my registration information. Where should I enter this information?
After purchasing the application online you will receive your registration details, these registration details (username and key) should be entered within the Facade Registration dialog to complete the registration process of the application. To enter the registration dialog please navigate to: Facade Settings -> Menu -> Register.
Within the Registration dialog you will find two edit fields. Enter the username and key you received within the two fields and press the left soft-key Register button to complete the registration process.

| 11. | Your screenshots are showing the weather forecast within Facade display, how can I enable weather display within Facade?
To enjoy weather forecast as part of your Facade display you need to have PocketWeather installed on the same device.
When using both Facade and PocketWeather on the same device, Facade will automatically add weather related details as part of the Facade display. This includes current weather conditions placed within Facade Home Tab, weather forecast icons and temperatures displayed as part of your Schedule and Tasks tabs, and a new Weather tab, including complete weather details.
Designers who design new skins for Facade can also incorporate weather details across any of Facade tabs when using both Facade and PocketWeather on the same device! This is why a lot of the skins created by our users and available for download from our forums also include weather forecast details as part of the skin design. To use those skins the way they were designed you should use both Facade and PocketWeather on the same device.
