| 1. | Will the information entered using PocketBreeze remain synchronized with Outlook?
Yes. PocketBreeze was designed to use the default Windows Mobile databases and maintains complete synchronization compatibility with Outlook on your desktop or any other Personal Information Manager that is synchronized with your Windows Mobile device. This means that any new item (e.g. appointment, task, contact etc.) entered using PocketBreeze will also show on your desktop upon the following synchronization and vice-versa.

| 2. | How can I get weather forecast icons to show on my day-titles within PocketBreeze?
In order to have weather forecast icons displayed within PocketBreeze day-titles you will need to have PocketWeather installed on your device too.
PocketBreeze and PocketWeather include special integration. When using both applications on the same device, PocketBreeze will automatically display forecast icons for the upcoming days within the Calendar tab day-titles. Users can configure the weather forecast layout display within PocketBreeze Options by entering: PocketBreeze Options -> Calendar -> Weather (bottom tab), and choose whether to view only weather icons or including temperature values.

| 3. | How can I enter PocketBreeze Options section?
Tap and hold your stylus on any of the items within the various PocketBreeze tabs until a popup context menu is opened. The last item in the popup menu should be "Options...". Choosing this menu option will open PocketBreeze Options section.
A second option is available, navigate to Start -> Programs, here you will find a shortcut called PBreeze Options that opens PocketBreeze Options directly.

| 4. | How can I determine the exact PocketBreeze version I'm running?
PocketBreeze version details are listed within the About screen. To enter PocketBreeze About screen please enter the PocketBreeze Options, click on the right soft-key Menu button and choose the About option.

| 5. | I just purchased a license of PocketBreeze and received my registration information. Where should I enter this information?
After purchasing the application online you will receive your registration details, these registration details (username and key) should be entered within the PocketBreeze Registration dialog to complete the registration process of the application. To enter the registration dialog please navigate to: PocketBreeze Options -> Menu -> Registration.

| 6. | I'm using a third party PIM application such as Pocket Informant or Agenda One, will it work with PocketBreeze?
Yes. PocketBreeze comes with special integration for several of the market leading PIM applications. Users that use PocketBreeze with one of the supported PIM applications will enjoy a set of special features designed to take advantage of the specific features offered by each PIM application specifically. Among others, openning/craeting new items is preformed with the PIM application of your selection, category icons/colors are adopted automatically along with a set of specific features based on the features offered by each PIM application.
In addition to Pocket Outlook, Pocket Informant, Agenda Fusion and Agenda One are supported. The currently used PIM by PocketBreeze can be modified within: PocketBreeze Options -> PIM -> PIM software to use (the selection option will list only PIM applications currently installed on your device).

| 7. | I would like to check my agenda for a future date, how can I do this?
Enter the Calendar tab and single tap the Calendar tab icon once again, this will open up the Popup Monthly Calendar. Using the Popup Monthly Calendar navigate to the month and year that you would like to review and mark the date you wish to check. Tap-and-hold your stylus on that specific date until the popup context menu opens and choose "Load Selection" from the popup menu. This will close the Monthly Calendar and will load the selected date details to the PocketBreeze display, allowing you to review your activities on that specific date, create new items for this date or similar.
By dragging the stylus over the Popup Monthly Calendar you can highlight several days together and then load longer date spans to the PocketBreeze display. Using the Popup Monthly Calendar context menu you can also easily create new appointments or tasks on any future or past dates.

| 8. | How can I easily create a new appointment on specific hours?
Single tap the small timeline showing within the day-title you would like to create the new appointment in. This will open up a large popup timeline window. Drag the stylus on top of the hours-span section of the large timeline window to mark the hours you wish to create the new appointment for so that the marked portion will span from the desired start hour till the end hour. While marking the hours on the timeline you will see the highlighted hours listed on the top title of the large timeline window along with a new button showing to the right side, clicking this button after marking the desired hours will create a new appointment with the hours and date of your selection.
Using this menthod you can create new appointments easily and faster than ever!

| 9. | My agenda rely heavily on categories. How can PocketBreeze help me track my agenda better?
PocketBreeze offer several great improvements on top of the default categories structure that dramatically improves category capabilities on mobile devices.
Using PocketBreeze you can define an icon and color to each of your categories. The icons and colors you defined will then be used in various display elemnts of PocketBreeze, helping you to easily review items based on categories within the PocketBreeze display, inside the Popup Monthly Calendar and similar elements. To set category colors and icons navigate to: PocketBreeze Options -> Categories, here you will find a list of all of your categories. Highlight any of your categories and using the Icon and Color buttons on the right side set a color and icon to each of your categories.
Inside the same section on the PocketBreeze Options you will find a tab called Filters, use the filters tab to define smart filters that include multiple categories within each filter, filter items based on sensitivity and more. Using filters advanced users can display items from multiple categories to track project-based activities with multiple categories inclusion list and similar.

| 10. | My PocketBreeze tabs are aligned vertically to the left, is there a way to switch to horizontal tabs?
To change PocketBreeze tabs layout navigate to: PocketBreeze Options -> General -> Interface and uncheck the option Paint vertical tabs. Changing this option you can switch PocketBreeze tabs display between vertical to horizontal tabs layout.
