| 1. | Is it possible to view my completion state progress for a list without opening the list?
Yes. MyList offers a special Progress Bar feature that display the percentages of completed items within a list, this feature is available for lists with completion nature that include a check-box field on the first field of the list items.
To activate the Progress Bar display for a list highlight the list on the main lists display view, click the right soft key Menu button, then Tools, and choose the option Show progress bar. After selection this option the currently highlighted list will display a progress bar indicating the completion status of this list to the right of the list name.

| 2. | Can I view and manage MyList lists from the Today screen?
MyList includes special integration with PocketBreeze. When using both on the same device you will view all of your MyList lists within the PocketBreeze Notes tab, allowing you to easily access your lists, rename and create new lists directly from your Today scree.

| 3. | How can I enter MyList Options section?
After launching MyList click on the right soft key Menu button and choose the Options menu item to enter MyList Options.

| 4. | How can I determine which MyList version I'm using?
Enter MyList Options, click on the right soft key Menu button and choose the About menu option. Within the About screen you will find the current version and build details.

| 5. | I just purchased a license of MyList and received my registration information. Where should I enter this information?
After purchasing the application online you will receive your registration details, these registration details (username and key) should be entered within the MyList Registration dialog to complete the registration process of the application. To enter the registration dialog please enter MyList Options click on the right soft-key Menu button and choose the Registration option to access the MyList Registration dialog.
Within the Registration dialog you will find two edit fields. Enter the username and key you received within the two fields to complete the registration process.

| 6. | Can I create a master shopping list and display only part of the items before leaving to my weekly shopping using MyList?
Yes. To do this, enter your master list first and check all items in the list that you wish to remove before leaving for shopping. After marking all items you wish to remove press the right soft key Menu button, then click the Tools menu and choose the option Hide Checked Items.
After selecting this option all checked items will be hidden from your list and you will view only items that were not checked until now.

| 7. | How can I quickly optimize my fields width to match the fields content in my lists?
Once you opened your list press the Menu right soft key button, choose the Tools popup menu and select the option Auto Column Width. This will automatically set the width of your item columns based on the content width of each item.

| 8. | When creating a new list I'm asked to choose a list template. How can I edit my templates list?
Upon installation MyList arrives with a set of pre-configured common templates that can be used for your lists creation. MyList templates can be configured easily to include new templates of your liking or remove unused templates.
To edit MyList list templates navigate to MyList Options -> Templates. Here you can view a list of all available templates. Use the buttons on the right to create new templates, edit existing templates and remove unused templates.

| 9. | Is it possible to import and export lists to Excel?
Yes. Highlight the list you wish to export on the main lists display and click the Menu right soft key button, from the menu press the Tools option and choose the Export to CSV menu item.
Use the Import from CSV option within the same menu to import lists from CSV files to MyList.

| 10. | How can I change items order in a list?
MyList items can be sorted based on each of your list columns. Simply tap any of the columns using the stylus and the list will be ordered based on the same column field type. A second click on the same column name will toggle the sort between ascending and descending order.
Apart from sorted orders you can also place items in any custom order you would like. To do so, highlight an item using the stylus and drag it over the list of items to the desired location.
During the item-dragging operation you will notice a green highlight showing wither as item-highlight or dashed line between two items, this green highlight mark the action of the drag operation if you will drop the item at this position. A dashed line will drop the item between the two items while a full highlighted item will drop the item as a new sub-item for the highlighted item.

| 11. | I would like to use MyList as an out-liner utility. It is possible to create sub-items using MyList?
Yes. MyList supports unlimited sub-items level. To create a new sub-item tap and hold the stylus on one of the list items and choose the option New Sub Item from the popup context menu. The newly created item will be placed as a sub item of the currently highlighted item.
Existing items can also be moved inside or outside items using the drag and drop support offered by MyList.
