| 1. | How can I access the iLauncher Task Manager?
Upon installation iLauncher adds a powerful Task Manager utility designed to ease your navigation between different applications and switch between running applications more easily.
To access iLauncher's Task Manager tap and hold the stylus on the top-right corner of your screen, where the OK/X button is usually placed. After the rotating circles gesture is finished the Task Manager will open up.
Using the Task Manager you can minimize and close running applications, view and switch to current active applications, browse your Today plug-in shortcuts and launch any of your shortcuts and much more.

| 2. | Is it possible to customize my tabs content?
Of course it is! Each of your iLauncher tabs include shortcuts to different applications. Upon initial installation iLauncher automatically selects specific applications for the default tabs setup, if you would like you can easily add new or remove shortcuts from the default setup.
To add a new shortcut to any of your tabs access iLauncher Options, switch to the Shortcuts tab at the bottom to reach the Shortcuts Manager tab.
Use the top selection box to choose the desired tab you would like to modify its shortcuts, once selected the list below will display all of the shortcuts current placed within this tab. Use the Add button on the right to add new shortcuts to this tab, highlight a shortcut from the list on the left and use the Remove button to remove shortcuts from this tab and so forth.
Alternatively shortcuts can be added directly from each tab. Enter the desired tab and tap and hold the stylus to bring up the tab context menu. Select the Add Shortcut option to bring the new shortcut selection dialog directly.

| 3. | How can I enter iLauncher Options section?
To enter iLauncher Options section tap and hold the stylus on any of your tab buttons until a context menu will popup. Once the menu is opened, choose the Options... item from the menu to launch iLauncher Options.
Alternatively, navigate to: Start -> Programs -> iLauncher Utilities and choose the iLauncher Options shortcut to launch iLauncher Options directly.

| 4. | How can I determine which iLauncher version I'm using?
Enter iLauncher Options and click on the About tab on the bottom tabs control.

| 5. | I just purchased a license of iLauncher and received my registration information. Where should I enter this information?
After purchasing the application online you will receive your registration details, these registration details (username and key) should be entered within the iLauncher Registration dialog to complete the registration process of the application. To enter the registration dialog please enter the iLauncher Options and switch to the Register tab on the bottom tabs control.
Within the Register tab you will find two edit fields. Enter the username and key you received within the two fields and press the Apply button to complete the registration process.

| 6. | What type of shortcuts can I add to iLauncher tabs and what are the Special Action shortcuts?
Each of your tabs can include shortcuts to applications along with special shortcuts of different kinds. Navigate to: iLauncher Options -> Shortcuts bottom tab and click on the Add... button to open the shortcut selection dialog.
At the bottom of the Add Shortcut dialog you will find several different tabs for different types of available shortcuts:
- Files - Add regular shortcut to files and applications
- Cpl Applets - Add shortcuts to device control panel applets (setting shortcuts and system utilities)
- Meters - Add system meters for battery, memory and more
- New Menu - Create new item shortcuts used to create new appointment, task, contact etc.
- Special - Includes special shortcuts implemented by iLauncher such as iLauncher Screen Capture utility, iLauncher Screen Rotation, Soft Reset and more!
We recommend to navigate between the different special shortcuts for the first time to get familiar with the special widgets iLauncher offers as part of the special shortcuts.

| 7. | Is it possible to customize the shortcuts placed horizontally at the bottom of the Task Manager?
Yes. To customize the shortcuts placed at in the Task Manager bottom bar navigate to: iLauncher Options -> Shortcuts tab, open the top tabs selection box and choose the * Task Manager Tab *. Adding and removing shortcuts from this special tab will effect the shortcuts placed at the bottom tab within iLauncher's Task Manager.
Generally, all tab items wrapped with asterisk signs represent special shortcut placement sections. Each time you select one of the special shortcut placement items a button titled Special Tab will display on the right side of the tab selection box. Clicking this tab will present more information about the currently selected special tab item.

| 8. | How can I add new tabs and customize my current tabs?
Navigate to iLauncher Options -> Tabs (bottom tab). In this setting section you will find a list of all of your tabs, highlight the tab you wish to customize and using the buttons on the right such as Add..., Remove and Image you can customize your list of tabs.

| 9. | What display modes iLauncher Today plug-in offers and how to switch between different display modes?
iLaucnher Today plug-in offers three display modes: Thumb Tabs, Customized Tabs and No Tabs.
The Thumb Tabs is the default display mode, this mode is optimized for thumb navigation featuring large tab buttons with Floating Panels and large shortcuts, designed especially for use with thumb navigation. The Customized Tabs mode is a customizable tabs mode, allowing users to create their own preferred display mode and configure the display mode to your liking. The No Tabs mode displays a single tab content without any tabs display at all.
To choose your preferred display mode navigate to: iLauncher Options -> Options -> General Settings and choose the iLauncher Display Mode option.
When using Customized Tabs switch the top options selection box to Customized Tabs Mode Settings to completely control your tabs setup.

| 10. | After installing iLauncher I have a thin gradient bar placed at the top of my screen, is this a bug?
No. The top gradient bar is actually a special meter placed at the top of your screen by iLauncher. This top meter can be used to track your device battery, memory and more.
This special meter is placed at the top of your device screen to allow you and track your battery or memory status even when running different applications while your Today screen is not active.
Single tapping the top gradient meter will popup a menu allowing you to choose the content of the meter. The meter content can also be changed through: iLauncher Options -> Options -> Meter Settings and choose the option Today screen meter bar.
