| 1. | How can I create new folders in my wallet?
You can create new folders in two different ways: Right click your Wallet item that's on the tree view display and choose New Folder from the pop up context menu. Additionally, another easy way will be using the Tool Bar Panel: Click your Wallet item that's on the tree view display and then click Folder that's on the Tool Bar Panel.

| 2. | How can I create a new card?
Similar to creating a new Folder, you can also create a new Card in two different ways: Right click your Wallet/Folder item that's on the tree view display and choose New Card from the pop up context menu. Another way will be using the Tool Bar Panel: Click your Wallet/Folder item that's on the tree view display and then click Card that's on the Tool Bar Panel which will create a new card in your wallet item/ chosen folder.

| 3. | How can I enter SafeWallet Settings section?
Click Tools that's on the upper Tool Bar Panel and then click Settings. By clicking Settings you will be able to choose between modifying the General or Security settings.

| 4. | How can I determine the exact SafeWallet version I'm running?
In order to check the current version number that you're running switch to Help that's on the upper Tool Bar Panel and then click About. By doing so, you will be able to see the exact version number that you are running.

| 5. | I just purchased a license for SafeWallet and received my registration information. Where should I enter this information?
The registration details (username and key) should be entered within the SafeWallet Registration Dialog in order to complete the registration process. In order to open the registration dialog click Help that's on the Tool Bar Panel and then click Register. Once you entered your registration information the registration progress will be completed and SafeWallet will be fully functional.

| 6. | How can I see what I'm typing while entering my wallet's password?
In order to protect your information, SafeWallet's default action is to mask your passwords while typing them. However, incase you choose to see what you are typing click Toggle Mask, which will make the information typed fully displayed.

| 7. | Once a new card or wallet was created, can I change its settings?
You can always change the settings of your different items. For example, incase you want to change your Wallet item settings, right click your Wallet item that's on the tree view display and choose Edit Selected from the pop up context menu. Similarly, incase you want to choose your Folders or Cards settings, right click them and choose Edit Selected from the pop up context menu.
Another way is switching to Home at the upper Tool Bar Panel, clicking the desired item that you want to edit and then clicking Edit Selected that's on the Tool Bar Panel.

| 8. | How can I import/export information using SafeWallet?
You are able to both import information from other applications or export your information using SafeWallet. In order to do so, click Tools that's on the upper Tool Bar Panel and then either click Import in order to import information to SafeWallet or Export in order to export information from SafeWallet.

| 9. | I can't remember which card I used to save my information. Is there an easy way to search for it?
The fastest and easiest way will be using the Search dialog. In order to open it first switch to Home from the upper Tool Bar Panel and then click Search. In the Search dialog that will be opened you will be able to search for any data and easily retrieve your information.
For more advanced searches, click Search Options that's on the Search dialog and define your search preferences.

| 10. | Are there any more templates I can use besides the Fixed Templates?
SafeWallet enables you to personally configure your templates by creating new ones. In order to create a new template first click Templates that's on the tree view display. Then, right click Custom Templates that will be showing at the bottom of the tree view display and choose New Template from the pop up context menu.
At the New template dialog you will be able to name your new template, attach an icon to it from the Icons Bank containing over 180 icons, add/remove fields and more.
