Added lost-of-focus lockup to the Notes editor. This will lock SafeWallet if you were editing a note and app went out of focus

Fixed strange favorites "white delay" issue when opening a card from the favorites.

When going back from a card opened from the favorites, SafeWallet will now return to the Favorites view.
