Great day fellow Android users! While we’re working around the clock (literally) on some awesome upcoming releases, we took a small break and developed a small & uber-cool utility for our Android PhoneWeaver users – PhoneWeaver LiveView plugin! This new utility is available for free to all users – making an awesome complement for PhoneWeaver & LiveView users.
LiveView is a new, wristwatch-like, device from Sony Ericsson that communicates with your Android. The LiveView let’s you track & control your Android status remotely: SMS, social networks etc. You can read more about the LiveView here.
But, what makes LiveView uber-cool is its development interface! Allowing developers to create plugins that extend its features. Luckily, we got a hold of such LiveView device and decided to give it a shot & see what we can do with it. The result is our new PhoneWeaver LiveView plugin!

One of the frequent requests we get for SafeWallet browser extensions is to add support for sites with multiple logins – that is, having an automatic & simple way to switch between different logins in the same site, for those cases that you have more than one account for the same site.
For example, I have 3 different logins to Gmail (personal & 2 business accounts). SafeWallet browser extension adds automatic login filling, which really makes it super simple to login to Gmail, but what happens if I’d like to switch login to one of my other two accounts?
The great news are that SafeWallet browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox & IE) already include awesome (and completely automated!) support for working with multiple logins – it is so automated that most users are not familiar with this feature. This short tutorial is here to get you familiar with this feature, and help our advanced users get more out of SafeWallet!

For the past couple of weeks we’ve been getting requests from many past CodeWallet users looking for an automated way that will help them import their wallet content to SafeWallet easily, without having to re-type all their passwords manually. SafeWallet already includes built-in import tool from 9 different password managers, but CodeWallet isn’t among those password managers. Since CodeWallet is rather old app that is no longer developed we also wanted to avoid adding built-in support to it, to avoid adding code that will rarely be used by users to SafeWallet.
While we were looking for a solution, we got an email from our forum member JCG letting us know that he developed a small tool to import CodeWallet passwords to SafeWallet – easily & automatically! With his permission and great help I’m publishing this tool here today, for the benefit of the entire community. Many thanks JCG for the help!
The tool is super simple and doesn’t include much user-interface to it – so I’ve put together a short guide how to use this tool to successfully migrate CodeWallet passwords to SafeWallet.
