We’ve very exciting about today’s new release, introducing great new features! Those including: new Android 3.x and 4.0 ActionBar and themes support, important code improvement and much more! As with all our updates, this new release also includes fixes for various issues reported by our dedicated PhoneWeaver community. We sure hope you’ll love it!

PhoneWeaver v2.3 Highlights

1. More icons & different Task bar icons – New icons designed especially for the new ultra high density screen devices were added. The new icons also improves the look of the current icons with other devices. Furthermore, we’ve added 144(!!) new profile icons, tripling PhoneWeaver’s icon store size – giving you much more personalization options to meet with each and every user specific needs.

2. New Actionbars in all the application screens (Android 3.0+) – The one for the main screen uses a light theme and shows a edit button along with the “more” points. The Action bars for the rest of the app uses the default device theme, Holo on ICS, and when necessary shows aditional buttons or the “more” points.

The Action bar for the edit profile tab screen integrates the tabs when space is enough, like on landscape or tablets. In all the screens except the Home one, the icon on the left of the Activity bar can be used to navigate UP one level.

3. Widget 1×1 updated – Fixing several alignment problems that were reported.

4. Japanese translation – New Japanese translation added – we hope this will improve PhoneWeaver experience for all our Japanese users!

5. Now PhoneWeaver auto, unlock any locked profile - This is designed to only work from the main screen and not from the 4×1 widget.

6. Solved Locked profiles Issue – Being shown incorrectly when nearby profiles were moved.

7. Fixed issue that made notification tone not selectable – This happened on ICS with restored profiles.

8. Editing Notification tones – This didn’t show the selected tone and should work properly now.

I just thought I’d give you all an update on the things that were or are happening right now.

We’ve just issued a fix to SafeWallet for Android where registering on low resolutions was not possible due to elements not scrolling. We’ve also updated the application Icon to the new icon (I hope you like it!). This new SW Android version 1.1.8 also introduces a small animations when browsing through folders, would love to hear your thoughts on that.

We’re also just moments away from the Windows Phone beta going live. There were many request to join the beta and we are happy to see that. We just hope you’ll find it useful!

LiveView is a new, wristwatch-like, device from Sony Ericsson that communicates with your Android. The LiveView let’s you track & control your Android status remotely: SMS, social networks etc. You can read more about the LiveView here.

But, what makes LiveView uber-cool is its development interface! Allowing developers to create plugins that extend its features. Luckily, we got a hold of such LiveView device and decided to give it a shot & see what we can do with it. The result is our new PhoneWeaver LiveView plugin!

PhoneWeaver LiveView lets you control your Android PhoneWeaver directly from your LiveView device – without even turning ON your Android! With PhoneWeaver LiveView you can track the currently active profile, switch between profiles (only 4 profiles are visible due to screen limits) & use the PhoneWeaver Auto action.

PhoneWeaver LiveView view is a free download. It require an Android device with PhoneWeaver, and, a LiveView device.

We’re not completely sure how many LiveView users are there, but we hope those of you who got this cool hardware will enjoy our small contribution! If you’re using our new plugin on your LiveView we’d love to hear your thoughts!

Today’s new version is packed with great new features: new awesome icons, new logic options that make PhW way easier to configure and much more! As with all our updates, this new release also includes fixes for various issues reported by our dedicated PhoneWeaver community. We sure hope you’ll love it!

So, if you own an Android Tablet device running Honeycomb or higher, you love trying new things, you don’t panic if your device restarts (only in extreme cases.. ), you’d be glad to take an active role in our beta testing process and you act as a real Android Ninja at nights with full moon – we’d love to get you on board!

What’s new with CallWeaver v1.1 for Android

1. CallWeaver trial, now available – The first thing we added is a new trial version. This way, users looking to trial CallWeaver before they buy can easily do so. The new CallWeaver trial version is available for download at the Android Market. The trial version is fully functional, with a 12 day trial limitation. We hope this will help many of our users who wanted to try CallWeaver first!

2. New Call Logging – A new log feature is now implemented with CallWeaver. Using the new log feature you can review your incoming calls & messages – accepted and those that got rejected.

Once PhoneWeaver is active, meaning the All caller filter is disabled, the first message or call that gets rejected by CallWeaver will automatically modify the task-bar icon, indicating that at least one call or message (or more..) has been rejected.

Accessing the new log can be done by pressing the new Log icon on CallWeaver main screen, so you can easily review calls that were rejected. Accessing the Log will clear the filtered-call/message icon, until the next time a call or message gets filtered again.

The new Log offers a handful of details about each call or message filtered: Caller name, number, date & time of the call, plus the filter name that approved or rejected this specific call. An icon indicating whether the call/message was accepted/rejected is also presented.

3. Bug fixes – In addition to the new Log and new trial build we also did a lot of improvements and bug fixes with CallWeaver engine and UI. Some of these fixes include: Delete backups lists use phones instead check-boxes; Contact groups not recognized by default in some phone; Problems with German Ü letter not recognized properly; When several SMS are unread the number is selected among them randomly; Solved first non registered warning just after installation and more!

That’s it for today’s new update. We’re already working in full pace on the upcoming update to version 1.2. We hope to have the upcoming update released in the next couple of weeks and plan to include several new major features with this new release. Much like this new release, the upcoming update will be free for our registered users.

If you haven’t already installed the new version of PocketBreeze, the full version is now available for download on the Marketplace.

Several weeks went in to the development and testing this new release with the primary focus of addressing stability issues encountered in the original version as well as adding a few exciting new features that were requested by many of you guys.  Some of the features you’ll see in the new version  include faster performance, Pocket Informant support, basic task support including toodledo, native PI tasks and google tasks all through the PI interface, touchdown exchange tasks, color coded events and tasks, support for multiple add event/task targets, new widget sizes, event highlighting, and multiple widget support.

What’s new with PocketBreeze for Android v1.1

Faster Performance
The primary focus on this version of PB for Android was stability.  The majority of the development time spent on this release was focused on a cleaner, faster and more stable rendering engine.  You will find that every interaction with the widget is faster and more reliable.

Pocket Informant Support
The folks over at WebIS have recently included support in Pocket Informant (PI) to interact with home screen widgets.  We are very happy to bring that functionality to you with today’s new PocketBreeze version!.

Following our PocketBreeze – PI good-old integration back in the Windows Mobile days, PocketBreeze now supports PI calendar events as well as tasks!  PI tasks can sync with either Toodledo or Google Tasks which means PocketBreeze brings you tasks from exchange (through Touchdown), Google, Toodledo, and native PI tasks.  We hope you enjoy the new Pocket Informant support and we’d love to hear about any additional ideas in this field that you’d love to see for deeper and more robust integration in the future.

Basic Task Support
Although sorting, filtering and grouping tasks are still yet to be added, simple task management has been added to PocketBreeze already in this version!

PocketBreeze will display the tasks you have selected to be shown sorted first by the due date and then by the priority.  Priority icons make it easy to see where to focus your efforts.  Tasks without dates are categorized under a “Tasks” header at the top of your agenda (which you can easily collapse if you do not wish to view them.)  Tasks with dates are compiled in your agenda with the date assigned to them.  If the task is past due, it appears in your Today agenda italicized to highlight it.

Color Coded Events and Tasks
If you would like to easily see what calendar an event on your agenda belongs to, PocketBreeze will draw a colored bar on the left side of your agenda in the color of the calendar it belongs to.

Multiple Add Event/Task Targets
When you press the add button on the day header on your agenda, a simple dialog will appear to let you select what type of event you would like to add depending upon what data PocketBreeze is currently showing.  You may be prompted to add a Touchdown event, task, android calendar event, PI event or a PI task.  Each add target is decorated with the icon from the app that will be used to add the event or task.

New Widget Sizes
Pocket Breeze now supports the following widget sizes:  3×2, 3×3, 3×4, 4×2, 4×3, and 4×4.  I hope you enjoy the new options.

Event Highlighting
The events and tasks on your agenda are now highlighted based on if they have already finished, are currently in progress or are in the future.  Current events are displayed in bold, events that have already completed are italicized, and events in the future are displayed in normal text.

Multiple Widget Support
You can now separate your personal agenda from work agenda, or maybe you want to display your tasks on another home screen.  PocketBreeze now lets you have an unlimited number of agendas displayed all at the same time.  Each agenda can run whatever theme you would like and each one can be configured separably to bring you maximum flexibility.

This new release is packed with fixes and enhancements. One of the major new features introduced with this new version is, wait for it… Automatic password filling! No longer do you have to type passwords; As part of the new version, we’ve integrated a browser with SafeWallet that makes it super easy to check your secure sites. No more copy-paste and context switching. SafeWallet will just launch the site that’s connected to the card you’re viewing and will fill your login information automatically for you!

So if you’re already an existing SafeWallet user be sure to update to the latest version. If you still haven’t registered SafeWallet yet, this is the time to join us and eliminate the burden of typing passwords, or using insecure passwords.

SafeWallet for Android v1.1.3 Features Spotlight

Small note, this feature is based on using the desktop version as the browser plug-ins (extensions) create the website logins, so make sure you grab a desktop version along with the Android version.

1. Integrated Browser – Using the new version you’ll notice a new Browser tab. This new Browser tab lists all your website login cards stored in your wallet. Website logins are automatically added to your wallet when using the SafeWallet browser extension on your PC, which caches your login details automatically, and safely, for you.

When on the new Browser tab, clicking on a card automatically opens the card in the integrated browser. Here you will not have any context menu available as this is a shortcut to opening cards in the browser.

The Browser tab provides a secure browsing session and it will attempt to auto fill your login information (username and password) once it finishes loading a page. This let’s you super-easily take your online logins with you, from your PC to your mobile, without having to copy/paste logins details back and forth, and in a fully secure way.

Like the regular browser, you can zoom, open links, and easily access your secure data. The back button will go back in history one level, or back to wallet if you’re on the topmost level. You’ll also notice you have a back to Wallet button so you don’t have to click till all ends come if you’ve browsed for a while.

2. Password & Username Filling Buttons – If for some reason it doesn’t fill correctly (or you just prefer not to wait for the page to load..) you can just click on the username or password input box and you’ll notice two buttons added to the title bar. Those are User and Pass paste-buttons. Clicking these will paste the username/password to the text box currently holding the focus with the relevant information.

3. New Wallet Root Layout –
– The Websites tab was renamed and is now called Browser, indicating the new integrated browser feature with auto-filling.
– In the Wallet tab you’ll notice another folder called Websites. This new folder gives you access to your website login cards that serve as your “bookmars” on the Browser tab, only that here you can view the actual details of the card and not just browse to the card’s specific link.

4. Cleaver Context Menu – When you’re in the Wallet tab, the context menu behaves as follows:
– Websites folder has no options and nothing can be do with it (it’s managed by the desktop plugins as I mentioned above)
– Website cards can either be opened in the integrated browser, or view the card as a normal card.

5. Improved Website Card Context Menu – The website card context menu has changed and includes two options.
– Login using Card URL – will open the integrated browser. Just like pressing the website card on the new Browser tab.
– Open in Default Browser will launch the default android browser like it did before. Notice this will open without the auto-filling feature.

6.  Quick Copy Menu Access
The Browser menu also gives you new accessibility options:
– Copy Password (just like on a card view, it will copy you password to the clipboard safely so you can paste it in any window you’d like to).
– Copy Username (same like the password option).
– View card – will open you card view just like before.

We promised you lots of great things on Android and we’re trying to live up to our word. Today we released a new update in a series of updates for SafeWallet for Android, bringing some awesome new features – and this is only the start!

As with all previous updates today’s new SafeWallet update is available as free update to all of our registered users. Simply download the new update from the Market app on your Android and enjoy the latest & greatest.

The new v1.1 release (trial and full) contains lots of fixes, user feature requests and enhancements such as support for desktop browser plugins website cards, new dropbox sync engine, support for different orientations and much more! And with the new trial version availability (along with the usual full version) there is pretty much no barrier to give it a try.

SafeWallet for Android v1.1 Hot New Features

1. Browser Extension Website Cards – In an effort to make your life easier and more secure we have released a Firefox extension, have an IE extension in beta testing and Chrome is soon to follow. These browser extensions fill and manage passwords automatically and safely strait from your browser, making it simple and fun to stay secure. This Android release is the prefect addition to the desktop/laptop version and it features a new tab on the SafeWallet wallet home view. You can see all your site logins in this new tab and these cards are even searchable just like any card you’ve created from the desktop version.

2. Easy to Start Welcome Screen – We know that starting with new software isn’t always simple so we’ve added a new welcome screen that helps new users quickly get off the ground. It helps users either import an exist wallet from dropbox or another device or create their first wallet quickly and easily.

3. New guided screen when creating a new folder – Similar to the new Welcome Screen, entering an empty folder now also displays better guidance how to get started filling the new folder with content. The new screen explains how to add a first new card or sub-folders within the new folders, making it a breeze to start storing your passwords and logins with SafeWallet.

4. New Dropbox Sync - After many user requests, we have completely re-written the sync engine and process so now it sync your wallet when opening and closing so there are no more freezes, corrupt wallets or any other problems. Your secure data is always available and secure in a much faster and more reliable manner. Enjoy

5. Orientation – We included support for changes in orientation between portrait and landscape which was not working perfectly before.

6. Search tab – Was a password input box and didn’t receive focus on entry, now this works.

7. SWYPE – Had issues with different field types. Now SWYPE should work perfect with SafeWallet.

8. Card field word wrap support – all card fields will now display field’s text fully. If the field text spans wider than the screen SafeWallet will use word wrap to fully display the field text.

9. Various other fixes to stability and bug fixes.
